Although the treatment fee will be given in one lump sum that covers all of the procedures that we will do in our practice, we will also work out an affordable payment schedule that will fit into your budget. We understand that it is not easy to handle a large initial payment and will work with you to make your beautiful smile a reality by being very flexible with our payment plans. Although the payment schedule is usually spread out over the treatment time, there are no finance charges and special arrangements are always possible. We are convinced that our success is guaranteed if we focus on creating beautiful teeth and terrific relationships.
Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we are always happy to complete the necessary insurance forms and send them to you or your insurance company directly in order that you might obtain the highest possible insurance reimbursement. However, unlike medical insurance, orthodontic insurance does not usually cover 100% of the charges incurred. Patients who do have insurance are able to assign the benefits to us and significantly reduce or eliminate the need for a down payment. Please do not hesitate to suggest a better way to make your treatment affordable.
